The Company strictly complies with the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, the Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China and other policies and regulations, the Convention on the Elimination of Discrimination in Employment and Occupation and other international conventions ratified by the Chinese government, and establishes the Company's Employment and Labor Contracts Management System and Overseas Employee Management System, which respect the legitimate rights and interests of all employees.
