COVID-19 Health and Wellbeing Policy

During these unprecedented times, the staff at LinkPrint Company continue to be committed to providing an outstanding service for those customers that need us.

To reassure our customers, suppliers, contractors and partners, we would like to provide an update on the increased safety measures that we have implemented across the business for everyone’s safety;

• Guarantee the availability of protective materials. Prepare preventive and control materials such as masks, disinfectants, hand sanitizers, quick-drying hand sanitizers and thermometers. Strengthen personnel training. Arrange for special personnel to be trained in disinfection operation procedures and epidemic prevention and control measures, and enhance the ability of epidemic prevention and control and emergency response.
• Personnel should be reminded at the entrances of office premises and public places to wear masks when necessary. Health tips should be posted in conspicuous locations, and various display screens should be utilized to publicize knowledge on the prevention and control of new crown pneumonia and other infectious diseases.
• Special trash cans for discarded masks can be added for putting in used masks, and attention should be paid to timely cleaning.
• Preventive disinfection. Ventilation and hygiene are the mainstay of daily routine, while preventive disinfection is carried out on common items and parts with high contact. Preventive disinfection of floors, walls, etc. is carried out when necessary.
• Health monitoring of employees. Implement a daily health monitoring system and establish a temperature monitoring register. Staff returning from the field need to be registered and managed according to the principle of territorial management. Temperature measurements should be taken on staff before going to work every day.
• Health education. Publicity brochures are issued to returning staff, health protection posters are put up in office premises and public places with heavy traffic, publicity videos are played, as well as information on protection knowledge is pushed out directionally through WeChat public number and microblog.
• Setting up emergency areas. Emergency areas can be set up in office premises or public places; when there are suspected symptoms of people, timely to the area for temporary isolation, and then dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations.
• Strengthen health monitoring. Employees pay attention to their own health monitoring, in accordance with the "early detection, early reporting, early isolation, early treatment" principle of self-management. Operating units should be reasonable arrangements for employees to rest.
• Response to suspected cases. When employees appear fever, malaise, dry cough and other suspected symptoms, we should promptly arrange for the nearest medical care, under the guidance of professionals in their work activities and the use of objects to disinfect the treatment. Business premises shall promptly report to the relevant departments, under the guidance of professionals to carry out screening of close contacts, the implementation of isolation and observation.
